Krea2 version published 7/9/2026

Same source images but redid the captions. Started every caption with 'superfr1ends style, ' - not surprisingly, Krea2 knows superheroes, but I found that even starting a prompt with 'superfr1ends style, ' and not using the LoRA, I got an animated output instead of photgraphic - pretty cool.

Applying this LoRA though definitely pushes the style back to the late 1970s.

Flux version published 4/1/2025

Source was 111 images (1024x1024) from several episodes of Superfriends from 1977 and 1978. Every caption started with "superfr1ends style image, " then I tagged any characters that appeared, so it does great with the main characters (Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman). Doesn't know some of the lesser characters but I was more just trying to train the style and it usually works pretty well. Some random subjects and subjects I assume Flux knows really well can retain a more realistic look, but upping the strength to 1.1 or 1.2 can give it that more cartoon look.

shrek dunking a basketball in outer space - the LoRA gave him a jersey!

green lantern - flux knows the logo, the LoRA gave us a superhero

wonder woman flying in her transluscent jet - LoRA coming through nicelywith just "cheetah" flux gave us the animal, LoRA nailed it again

flux is close on its own with batman and robin at thanksgiving dinner, love how the LoRA made the food
