good luck with this, this is like the hardest thing for ai to do. Due to how it processes the images as noise and then re-encodes it back, often times you'll get tongue and labia together, or it will try to produce kissing cause it doesn't know to differentiate which girl is facing which way. So here's some advice; make all your images facing one way, as in the girls face licking are all facing the same way. If I knew how, I would do 3 separate lora and combine them into one; cunnilingus act itself, tongue, and pussy, so as the ai understands each one separate.
