I've saved you some time and meticulously prepared 20 different sexy playful poses that the Stable Diffusion models can handle pretty well. Some easier than others. Mostly likely due to the fact that not many images of this type were trained into the model. So some models will have better results than others, and some poses are more challenging. The sample images here were generated using the legendary A to Zovya RPG Artist's Tools model.
How to use:
Download the zip file. Inside are the poses that you will instruct controlnet to use instead of generating one from an existing image. Craft your prompt as you usually would. Let the model know with prompts, this is a (sitting / laying/ legs spread) pose to help it along. In the controlnet settings, choose "none" for the preprocessor and "openpose" for the model. Adjust weight depending on how difficult the model wants to be. The pose images provided are 512x768 aspect ratio of 2:3. You can crop or add to the existing images with your favorite program to customize your composition. The .json files can be loaded with the OpenPose Editor extension and modified to your tastes.

I wish a thumbnail or something of what the poses will do was included. Some art hard to visualize.
Hi thanks for these poses. Just want to ask whether to use openpose or openpose pretrained settings? And if these are only meant for illustrations and anime - somehow renders come out mutated when trying to do real humans.
Model shouldn't matter too much. These are some of the tougher poses for amy model to recreate. Sometimes some help can be added from a Lora of a similar pose. But ultimately, rerolling a few times to get the better pose might be required. For realism, try a model that was trained on porn, it's more used to these types of poses. You'll have to specify clothing if you don't want them nude though.

watch Aitrepreneur's videos on control net and open pose. Be sure to follow along on how to use it correctly.
After you get all the extensions and know how to use them, you can download poses and paste them into control net. Hope this helps, this is how I learned.

these can be downloaded anywhere you like. you add the pose image to the controlnet when you use it.
Love this! Some feedback though, it would be helpful to include a small grid image of all the thumbnails created using the poses as most of the poses are difficult to visualize with our naked eye. Cheers!

These poses are one of the best I've ever used. They are stunning looking and also very consistent. They don't produce too much incoherence in the images and are cropped close, not very far from the camera, which helps get better results. Thank you, great job!
