When using the LoRA, multiple characters appear in different sizes, and they are not displayed in an organized way or with the same size and number as shown in your examples.
I believe I have all the settings as close as possible to those used in the examples, but I still can’t achieve the expected result.

Your prompt should look like this: "chibi, multiple_views [character description] simple background, white background" The character description should be as simple as possible, just the character's features and outfit, no poses or expressions. You can see the demo video as part of the model's showcase. Are you using the tall or chibi version? The tall version might have a higher failure rate.
I tried copying the prompt from the existing examples: wspr1t3s, multiple views, simple background, white background, chibi, full body, 1girl, [character description], masterpiece, best quality, amazing quality, followed by the same negative prompt with the same values and the same LoRA strength. What is the best strength to use for the LoRA? I’m using the Tall version, and I noticed that if I have a LoRA of the character, the result ends up being better than describing it in the prompt. Even so, in both cases, one or two images sometimes turn out too large, not matching the same number, size, or directions. I love the style it’s unique! I would like to try some animations for an RPG. Is that possible? There’s no movement from right to left; would it be necessary to do it manually to create more sprites? Do you plan to create a LoRA in this style? The video is from the chibi version, the Tall version doesn’t have it.
@HG0 The tall version has some issues. I did it carelessly because someone asked. For right to left movement you should duplicate the middle sprites and flip it. I didn't use right to left sprites for the lora because they would become too small.
