Bicep Curl (Dumbbells) | ダンベルカール | Illustrious

Bicep Curl LoRA with new data to help stabilize the dumbbell pose for Illustrious models. Base illustrious without this LoRA can sort of generate this but it's prone to distortion and will mainly generate images of barbell lifting even when you specify dumbbells.

This LoRA is not perfect but will make it much easier to generate bicep curls instead of other types of weightlifting.

The training dataset is mostly comprised of male characters, so generating a female character may look off.
