V2: The V1 version was overcooked and messed up the model too much, V2 does that a bit less. Still, it does push it into a more realistic style, it's not flawless, but i think it works well with other lora's. There's no activation word, and it's focused on "realistic" phisiques, it should generally improve the anatomy of your images. I reccomend 0.3-0.8 weights.

Just like the title says, it's a lora to help with muscular characters, improving the anatomy and musculature. It's pretty good at it, and was designed for "fit" to "bodybuilder" builds, so to get a insanley muscular image, you might want to combine it with another lora. And it mixes with other lora's well too, i do reccomend that.
