Julie Winters: The Maxx (illustrious)

This was such a great comic and animated series. So far ahead of its time and the design was fantastic. I tried to capture Julie's likeness as much as possible especially the shape of your face. I ended up bumping up the weight a bit more to about 1.10 but That was just me personally! Probably 0.90 would be fine :)
