Lora Training Tricks I used (14b model):

Trained on 256x256 videos at 15fps (It exaggerates movement more and has a smaller memory footprint - half the compute required per normal 30fps video)
Regular Epoch snapshots + testing
Relatively small batch size of 38 x 3-5 second videos + Descriptive text
Goal was to lay foundation for fine tuning
Trained on 8 GPUs using Diffusion-pipe for 6 hours (low and slow learning rate 2e-05)

Fine tuning of the speed
Fine tuning of the insertion depth
Fix Dicks when outside mouth
Introduce "Man enters frame and facefucks" type logic (ideas from @ioritree gens)

Just use image to image, knock out a few gens and it'll set the standard for your creations. And that also works for just about every other LoRA that you can think of, whether it was trained to do it or not.
