@yeetyah145 I mean I would think that its fairly pointless to remake something that someone else already did especially when its niche. If I were gonna make something, I would check if someone else did it before so I dont end up doing something redundant. Would make exceptions if something about the model was not ideal. I dont blame you for not checking, even if you didnt intend it, it kinda feels like a slap in the face if you know what i mean.
@AndroidXL I do this for fun, as you can see when you read my bio. I make 90% of my models for my own use and the only reason they get posted is so I can generate on site and I like to see the numbers go up. I really do not care and you can take it to heart if you want. Sorry man, you do not own the rights to ANY of these characters so if someone else comes along and makes their own rendition that's just the way of the road. We are not in competition (at least im not with you) so if you really care that much make a better model and leave me in the dust. Its not "redundant" because NO ONE'S model serves a purpose; each model is the creators personal take/expression of that idea, atleast thats my philosophy.
@yeetyah145 I meant redundant as in you could've used the time to make something else, but well in either case, i also go by the same philosophy of genning on site, but lean towards more niche characters or things. Personally, I like competition though, since it just motivates me to do more (I held 1st place for quite a while before I stopped). The only reason i stumbled across your profile rn, is I saw somebody took my 2nd place in concept creation 😂 Guess i gotta step up my game to take it back. You are right that I don't own the rights, and you have free will to do what you want, even well if its the same, character, same model, same yada yada, in other words, taking the blue pill. My intention was just to make you consider checking in the future when making a model. Also congratz on 1k, I also hit that just recently :p
@AndroidXL I see where you're coming from and the only reason I wrote a sharp message is because I wasn't going to accept that passive aggressiveness for something like that. I'd understand if I was straight up copying your models one by one but I'm pretty sure this is the first time we've overlapped and I didn't think it was fair to receive a message like that for it.
I didn't expect to get this far making models so I wish you the best of luck on your journey to reclaim your throne, just know I'm hustling as well. Congrats on 1k!!
