Is there a way to generate fake breasts? I tried using "fake breasts" or "breastforms" in the prompt with no favorable results
You have to prompt: round breasts.
@Potato1666 Check out the images i just posted to see some examples about prompting the character midoriya_izuku, there is difference with male_with_breasts, male + breasts and females/futa + breasts, since it depicts a difference on shoulder, back and chest bone structure, the same with male+crossdressing, since most of the checkpoints only have assigned breasts to female and futas, putting breasts+breasts size to a male can lead to total feminitazion of the male, so, putting "male with breasts" (it depends on the dataset) can give you some free control to the chest are.
So, going deeper into the lora, checkpoint and available tags from danbooru, putting a huge round fake balloon sized tits on someone is really tricky because there is nearly zero "fake breasts" of "breasts implants" examples; i totally avoid putting weights on tags since it cat horribly disrupt the result.
I recommend you this tags for better results: breasts expansion, alternate breasts size, round breasts, bursting breasts, perky breast, breast implants.

@AiDraMon round breasts is more for "inside" silicone implants. Jesscatg has several art depicting male with pasted breasts pads/ breast forms, more like a temporary physical change
Managed to do it throwing in the weirdest lora, but all I could got was pink fake breasts haha. There's no lora or something similar for breastforms or adhesive breasts pads
