Coral is a quirky Plesiosaur who runs the ferry service that brings new visitors to Amber Isle and prefers life on the open ocean rather than staying in one place for very long! Coral’s life passion is soup, and she sails from port to port in search of the best ingredients. She takes inspiration from her travels and creates her own new recipes, some of which may be too bizarre for ‘the unrefined palette’. She also insists that she can read fortunes with soup; depending on how it’s eaten, herbs and leaves will take different shapes at the bottom of the empty bowl, in which critical sailor's insight and knowledge can be inferred.
