HOW TO INSTALL:

Copy the file 4xHFA2kLUDVAESwinIR_light.safetensors inside the folder: stable-diffusion/models/SwinIR or ComfyUI/models/upscale_models

Restart/Reload you UI instance

The upscaler should be visible for hi-res and extras tabs
