This model blends a style I've long liked, a style somewhere between 2.5D and 3D.

You can add phrases such as (photorealistic, realistic) to make the picture closer to reality, or you can retain the original painting style to make it fresher and more energetic.

Use (Rim lighting) to make light and shadow more dramatic.

If you want an Asian face, you can use (black eyes, black hair).

Proper use of facial restoration tools will give you a charming face,
