@Grockster Are you able to break the checkpoint out of this file so we don't have to double up on disk space with the vae and clip and rewrite our workflows to use another node for just this one file?
@97Buckeye This isn't my model, I'm just a user of it (and tested it). In fact I'm loading a separate clip/vae and not using anything baked in
@Grockster Yeah, I know this isn't your checkpoint—I actually found it from your Model Inventory spreadsheet. I was just hoping you knew of a way to split the file into its separate components.

Is it possible to somehow break out the checkpoint separately from the text encoder and vae? I'd like to save a smidge of disk space and not have to another node to all of my workflows. Very much appreciated.
Sorry I can't give you an answer, I'm not quite up to date on comfyui, I use the model with forge, and on forge there's no need to load the text encoders and vae

Will training a character LoRA using this as the base model instead Flux 1 dev , improve character likeness?
