Do we have to use all those trigger words or just a couple, or do they each have different effects?
There is no trigger word for a couple, but you can try specifying in the promt and putting the lora weight around 1.1

Are all of the trigger words required for best results, or do you have a personal recommondation for combining certain ones? (i.e. just using fstyle, shoot_upgrad3versus all six triggers).
Do they all affect the generation equally or does one trigger have a bigger impact over the others? Etc.

No just the fstyle trigger is enough, at certain points and parts of the promt you can specify additional trigger words. For example, I don't use triggers, I set the lora weight to 1.2-1.3 and I am satisfied with the final result.
