Hires steps: 10
Denoise: 0.17-0.30
Upscale by: 2x

Truthfully, this is one of those things where if you tried to describe it to someone without showing them, they might not get it. But if you show them the pictures, everyone would know "Oh, those style of high tech armor robots!" and instantly understand it and you've done an amazing job conveying that indescribable vibe through Flux in a repeatable way.
