@97Buckeye something seems off other places also, I cant get very good prompt adhesiveness and all my women are closer to cartoon than the last version ever spit out. I'm still messing with cfg to see if i can figure it out. Nipples and pussies seem to be extruded more. maybe from the dick training? IDK

@_Envy_ If you are into wide hips and anime bodied women its doing a good job at that :P

That is why I don't even attempt to train dick into my checkpoints, it messes up women to much, people can use a lora if they want good dick.

Flux is a bit faster generally, especially for the first image as this uses a much bigger Llama LLM than the Flux T5.

@J1B after watching reviews i can tell this hidream model is way slower than the already heavy flux , no clue if it deserve or not .

@Kaleidia I tried that, but I guess since it's gguf I need everything to be gguf? I was using dirty-G clip, which isn't gguf.

@Kaleidia the GGUF isn't compatible with the non-GGUF t5 and clips however. I found the non-GGUF but it's split into multiple files which ComfyUI can't load...

@ForeverNecessary737716 you can also use the single clip node and just load llama as the OP suggested, I am using it like that and it is faster as less models need to be loaded into vram or ram. It feels strange at the beginning but with the combination of just inputting llama generated prompts into the llama part of the hidream conditioning node (the node with text inputs for each text encoder variant that is part of the standard nodes in comfy) it works quite nicely for me, had no issues so far

@ForeverNecessary737716 using both the llama I linked and the t5 bbnm123849 linked with dirtyClip and a long clip variant in the four clip node and it works fine on my end, try redownloading the models and check which gguf 4 clip node you have, it should look similar to mine in the screenshot and from the package GGUF.

@Kaleidia so you're only loading the llama and no other CLIPs? I think I tried that before too with errors.


Also, when you use the 4 clips with the various uncensored combos - any benefits there?

@ForeverNecessary737716 for the only llama config you need a clip loader that has a setting like "type" and select hidream in the dropdown. Otherwise you get errors as it wants to get the clip and others in the config.

Start ComfyUI, drag any image from the gallery for this model in this site into ComfyUI window, enjoy the workflow. It will report some missing nodes, so install them from Manager in ComfyUI. Try different workflows, as some of them are over-engineered.
