Sadly not that I'm aware of for a -direct tool that converts-, what I did was I used the pony LoRA to generate images of the outfit and then used that as the dataset to bake the Illustrious version. I don't think it would be too hard to port anything that exists for pony, since other than generating the dataset manually, it's the same process as baking anything else.

Well, with this one it was just a hyper-specific request of the outfit, I know checkpoints have the equivalent parts all pretty much built in, but I think the requester wanted the specific look itself, likely for some use case that I'm not really aware of like working on a game or some such, since that's popped up a few times that people use some of my models for indie hentai games. It's moreso a lora for the specific requestor than a general thing to share with everyone.
