Maybe the demo aren't how your used to seeing her. Have you tried the model? Can you provide a link to what you think she should look like?

@summer4love263 It's mostly the eyes and mouth. Her eyes are more narrow and the lips plumper. Also the corners of her mouth are slim. Just look at the pics at your link and compare the two. It's close, but the essence of her face is missing.

@halarioushandle I used her name when making the model and added woman, so it build's on sdxl already has trained. I find the hands are better then training from scratch but it adds some unknowns. Its possible also that I used images from different ages. I would have to revisit it, and see the images.
