I dunno if I'd say "perfect" lamia, in my small amount of experimentation I still had plenty of nonsensical tails and other tail-related failgens (And still didn't get even a single "perfect" tail, which was most disappointing), but they do generally feel a bit more consistent, and I want to say the upper tail/lower "hips" take on a more pleasing shape, not sure if that's some placebo nonsense or not, though.
It is, however, fantastic for "girl on top" stuff, which Illustrious can't quite handle on its own.
May depend on the model that you use with it. I used to always have issues with tails, but haven't in quite some time. At least nothing notable enough worth mentioning. As for anything with females, if it's failing at that, you're probably using a gay model or something, lol.. Cuz anything based off SDXL is mostly trained on females..
