This LoRA model is trained on a curated dataset of historic residential and institutional architecture from West Philadelphia, emphasizing the unique materiality, form, and vernacular expressions of urban housing and fraternity buildings from the late 19th to early 20th century. The model captures a range of architectural elements characteristic of this region and era, including:

• Masonry Materials: Predominantly red brick facades, stone veneer, painted stucco, and decorative terra cotta inlays, often organized into visually rhythmic bays and vertical panels.

• Dormers and Rooflines: Rich variation in dormer types such as gabled, hipped, and pointed dormers, often integrated into Mansard or pitched roofs with prominent cornices, slate shingles, and detailed trim.

• Entrances and Porches: Twin townhouse entries with shared stoops, columned porches, and wood railings, frequently featuring wood panel doors with transoms, bracketed canopies, or shallow archways.

• Window Articulation: Double-hung sash windows with stone sills and arched or flat lintels; some highlighted by pediments, keystones, and contrasting brickwork; frequent symmetry and repetition across facades.
