My first attempt to create a photorealistic SDXL-Model.

I merged it on base of the default SD-XL model with several different models. (Around 40 merges)
SD-XL VAE is embedded.
I strongly recommend ADetailer.
You should set "CFG Scale" to something around 4-5 to get the most realistic results.
v1.2 is an updated version with some added elements with a slight tendency to be a miss of the dark. 😊
v1.3 has new improved details, better nsfw results, I also refined the output for better photo realism, the missus is still here 😉
v1.4 has better results for NSFW images, I also refined some details, less missus but improvements in base model 😊
v1.5 is better fine tuned, improved details, refined output
v1.6 is an improved model with better details and better NSFW compatibility.

Really appreciate you keep the example images based off the same prompt each revision. Means you can actually see the changes.
I did that since v1.2 so the users can decide which one would come out better, as the modifications are less weighted than from v1.0 and v1.1, I mostly concentrate on better finetuning the model than on training or merging more images, so for your personal opinion, v1.2 or 1.3 can give you better results than 1.4 or 1.5 😉
I feel like this is the most underrated model, like, look at the downloads... you kidding me? Best model. the other SDXL models with way more downloads are all worse.
Can I use my trained loras with this model? I have some loras of my own image that I trained with the sdxl base model.

Will there be an inpainting version?
I don't know what an inpainting version is, but I use it for img2img incl. inpainting, too, having no problems.
Unlike many other models, it does not create artifacts along the boundaries of the mask. So yes, this is an inpainting model.
You can create an inpaint model yourself, probably exactly like you do with a 1.5 model.
@Devilmarkus Can you tell me that his is actually inpainting model as you claim? because inpainting model and non inpainting model has different weight.

How can I make it not generate nudes? :)
Put NSFW and other undesired tags (nudity, nude, etc) in the NEGATIVE prompt
Put SFW at the top of your prompt.
I tried dozens of combinations
I'm not just asking this :)
There will still be nudes in prompts containing, for example, “pinup style”
So I’m asking if there is a guaranteed stop word for this model.

Just wanted to let you know that the model is incorrectly tagged "PHOTOREALISIC" when it should be tagged "PHOTOREALISTIC"
This is really THE BEST go-to model for creating realistic (not hyperrealistic) stuff. Weird that it's so not popular.

This is the best checkpoints for realistic portrait I tried so far.
This is the best !!! I've tried every models to create a "bent over" pose of woman / man in the rice field planting rice seedlings. All other failed, this is perfect !!!
Easily the best all-purpose chechpoint out there. It does everything, and it does everything damn well. I constantly try out new models, but in the end I always return to this one. SFW, NSFW, bodies, portraits, LORAS, ... you name it, Devlish makes it work.

yes you can. But this is the best realistic checkpoint I've tried so far. And I tried a lot, including new ones.
Technically, at the time you were making the comment, it could be considered outdated in terms of release date.
However, even the November '23 beats most if not all other models. It's super versatile and achieves outstanding results.
Can't wait to see what the July update brings.
