safetensor, please
.pt file are dangerous and should not be used.
Can Textual Inversion (embeddings) be produced as safetensors? If so, how? because A1111 automatically creates TIs as pickletensors (pt).
@sbirl Damn! After you asked this, I open my directory and check: all files in my "embeddings" folder are .pt !
Except for one noticeable case: the famous "easy negative", negative embedding:

this one is a .safetensor and you have to put in the "embeddings" folder...
But the author is not on CivitAI and, at this point, I'm quite confused...

I can understand your concern. I did find a guide for it (I haven't tested it), but unless it's common practice here, I won't take this extra step.

I pulled this down to try my luck with creating a LoRA, but it's also capable of creating TIs/Embeddings ... and there was a SafeTensors option available. Haven't tested it yet, but I thought Id bring it up.
