Tycho Huggins is imaginary, she is a heavily genetically modified alien sent on a clandestine mission to Earth to do recon, ingratiate herself, get into a position of power and then signal her monstrous, nightmarish, brain-eating kin to turn Earth into 'Sapient Meat Farm #11-14b'. Luckily her ship crashed and she is stranded on the Moon.
