This is my first stab at using Civitai's on-site LoRa trainer. I'm having a bit of trouble locking in on a few things, but this ultimately came out pretty good. The biggest issue is that the hands can tend to go a bit odd - but lowering the weight helps, as well as lowering the creativity of your upscaler (most of the warping seems to happen during that process). ADetailer can help using the hands/person model as well. (If anyone has experienced and overcome this issue - I would love to know what you tweaked or changed to solve it).

0.8 weight is the sweet spot for most models, but some that push hard toward an art style - or a prompt that changes to an art style might need to raise or lower that weight a bit to get the balance of Karlie's look and the style you want.
