Finally I am sufficiently satisfied with the results to release a version of this LoRA! The goal is to produce the most faithful version of Lae'zel possible. Version updates are likely to come as I reach new breakthroughs in my skill and the model's fidelity, or when I can't figure out how to improve it any further.
Trained on hundreds of in-game screenshots. WD14 tagging with light edits.

Works best around 0.8 strength.
Leans NSFW.
Activation tag: Lae'zel
Recommended Additional Tags:
pointy ears, amber eyes, slit pupils, colored skin
NSFW: Completely nude, nude, female pubic hair
Strengths:
Does not produce a garbled mess from txt2img with low highres fix steps and gets pretty good results quickly
Lands markings well
Musculature, chest texture, bicep veins, abs, etc. pretty much baked in
Weaknesses:
The tagger did not tag the camp outfit or her underwear consistently; v2.0 will be dedicated to resolving this so all outfits can be reliably generated
Does not seem to generate her facial scars or body scars
I am a very poor prompter and spent minimal time getting the example images; I expect this community will generate much nicer Lae'zel's with this than I have

Would you be willing to upload your training data used for this to Civitai? If you're not aware, there's a zip file-type upload to Civitai for that purpose.
Basically I want to train a Lae'zel lora for PonyXL, and this looks like the best of the existing Lae'zel models for other versions of SD. I'd be happy for you to upload it and take the credit if you think it turns out good enough.
