Intended to make the cool Rockstar design for Ralsei in the teaser. Not much of a base to work with but should be fine.

Activation phrase: punkralsei, green mohawk, pink horns, goat

Short horns is recommended to keep them horns short, goat tail, short tail helps if it gives him too long of a tail.

The outfit is tagged with open vest, black vest, blue shirt, black pants

fangs should be added to either the negatives or positives depending on if you want them or not.
