how long does it take to generate 1 i2v
I just did 48mins for 1.5s of 720p on a 5060 Ti 16g

Way too long...
Titel and YT Thumbnail say: wan 1.3B
Workflow: wan 14B
not working with 1.3b vace model, beside the fact that this workflow is just trash with not used nodes and other newbie mistakes.
like write in titel "VACE" and then use "WanImageToVideo" node that do not work with vace. you need to use this node "WanVaceToVideo"
never DL anything from you, waste of time :D
It's not working for me but I'm a newbie. It's just resizing the image and not out putting any video.

you need to put the wan2.1-i2v-14b-720p-q6_k.gguf into your ComfyUI\models\unet folder. The image you see is just the cropped starting image
