I don't see any ball joints. What you have made is a doll-like face lora.
Yes its explained at the first line in description, no matter with that, the model Is supposed to allow the creation of semi-realistic stylised characters, not absurdely doll-like characters, you can rename the file "bjd face-like dolls" if you cant sleep correctly for that
