First try at clothing loras. I was disappointed with how clothing turned out for the loras I made for this series, so I decided to try my hand at the outfits. All in all, it didn't turn out well and it's quite stiff.

It is prone to being influenced by character loras.

For characters that already have this outfit(from the loras I made), "FamiresWaitressOutfit, waitress," should be enough, use all the tags for characters that do not have the outfit.

As for strength, I have not figured that out, and frankly I don't think I made the dataset correctly for making clothing loras, so start with 0.7 and adjust from there.
