This is the latest variant of the Workflow I swear by. It gets better as time goes on because I'm OCD about use of the canvas. Try finding dead spots to drag the canvas around, not so easy anymore!
With that said, the LORA, Prompt, Seed, Resolution/Ratio and VAE settings are all tightly grouped.

@az420 I liked your last workflow that was attached to your lora example vids but it was a bit hard on my 1080 TI and kind of hard to figure out for a total newb so I ended up going with fast hun gguf workflow but have had to slowly mull through nodes and figure out stuff that works better for me.
None of the tutorials I watch online seem to give me much insight into the complexities of ComfyUI especially with the convoluted Hunyuan/Wan workflows and requirements. I'm either daft and unhelpable or I'm just missing some key point lol. Thanks for all your contributions btw.

After reinstalling and installing the custom nodes and whatnot, fails at 2nd step - RuntimeError: Sampling failed: Allocation on device.
Is this OOM, or am I doing something wrong? I'm not exactly tech-savvy.
EDIT: Nevermind - I'm not only not tech-savvy, I'm also apparently blind, as you explained it in the workflow itself... Had to lower the upscaling @ second pass to 1.25, but seems to work so far.

OOM for sure. Not 24gb I take it? I can do 129 frames and 1.95 upscale in the second pass with my 4090, I assume 16gb won't fit that though. You can check out FramePack if you want longer videos, haven't used it myself but my understanding is that it works differently and might not need as much VRAM.
@az420 Yeah, figured. I can do longer vids with RifleXRope on Wan.21 14b gguf4/5, managed 15 or 20 s I think?
I'll try to play around with last frame / first frame on Hunyuan and maybe I'll come up with something.
Framepack's cool but has no lora compatibility to the best of my knowledge, so... meh?
Although it is tech-impressive, at least to the extent I can appreciate it as a noob.
