Can't call Marianette hime-sama an antagonist, after all.

Doakudar just exacerbated her professional deformation, compelling her to strive for sterility in literally everything. And even in such a corrupted state she was motherly-kind to Himiko and basically kind even to the Savior (remotely) until Kurama called Wataru a slob. This alignment is rather Chaotic Good.

Ergo: keep your hands and everything clean (20 times in a row) and never ever call her 'obasan' - and then you'll understand how nice this Princess of Hospital ^^
