what prompt words are you using to describe the bikini? maybe there's a combination of words causing it.

I also tried removing all references in the prompt to anything remotely sexual. I took out "sensuality, eroticism" etc and nipples still appeared. Sometimes the nipples aren't even in the right spot. The real dream base model shouldn't have nudity so I'm not sure where the nipples keep coming from, haha
@supergang yep, i think it comes from the combination with the real dream model, i've just use the base model, i just can recommend to remove the words tiny or barely covered, also add covered, but i think the mix of the two is the problem
