This model supports multiple art styles:
If you use the tag markinson, the skin will appear shinier.
If you use the tag solidline, the style will have lower saturation and thicker lines.
If you use both tags, you'll get shiny skin combined with thick lines.

can this LORA work with ILL checkpoint like WAI 14.0?
It might not work, since that’s not a V-predict model—it probably can’t generate images correctly.
Maybe I should train a normal version.

Is there any difference you intended between this lora without markinson tag and Style: clear line with low saturation lora? If the trigger word is only solidline, can I assume that it is an improved version of the past lora?

Yes, of course. This Lora is trained on a larger dataset. The data of the solidline part is almost the same. If you are choosing between models I would recommend this one. The eyes look better than in the previous one.
