Matsuri Kamikura, from Arai Kei's manga Kosmos Ga Saita Hi Ni (秋桜が咲いた日に). I've updated this LoRA, which is based off Matsuri's appearance in chapter 1 to chapter 4. Can give short length hair (as per chapters 1-4) by using “short hair” or long length hair (as per end of chapter 4) by using “long hair”. I changed a few tags on the images and increased their number, which seems to give a more accurate appearance in my opinion.

Edit 09/2025: The color page annoucing the tankobon version has her hair color as brown and eye color as grey so I've updated the prompt to reflect it but kept the old one as it does work

In this one, I've always assumed brown eyes, but they could be changed. There can be an issue with multiple angles and/or multiple girls so I've added that to the negative prompt:

Version 1: Trained for 3360 steps, off 55 images. This covers the rest of Matsuri's appearance in the manga. Her eye color at this point is unknown, so it tend to match the hairclip's color

This LoRA will give monochrome images without "monochrome" in negative and "color" in positive. Adding a color to the hairclip seems to help and adding "sound effects" and "speech bubbles" to the negative is recommended too. For NSFW images, adding "motion lines", will add moans and sound effects so not really recommended - it can also add NSFW without using terms to prevent NSFW.
