@Brekuji I use name generator and mention ethnicity in prompts. Sometimes it doesn't work too.
Indeed, simple descriptors such as 'Indian,' 'American,' 'Spanish,' etc., can be quite effective when looking to generate diverse ethnicities in your images. If you're not seeing the desired effect, incorporating 'doll likeness' LoRAs could be very helpful in achieving more accurate representations. I would recommend exploring EDG's LoRAs for faces, as they offer a good range of options tailored to various ethnic features.

For this model, I recommend the following settings:
CFG: 7
Steps: 20 or more
Sampler: 2M Karras
Resolution: 576-864
For the highres fix, consider these settings:
Steps: 10
Upscale by 1.2 or above
Upscaler: 8x_NMKDfaces
Denoise between 0.25 and 0.50
