Not sure if you are using other Loras or a specific tag… I just used the Lora starting from a remix of the first image of its showcase just adding he had his hands inside pockets, pulling pants down, pubic hair, navel hair, penis peek with no issues at all… So it looks is something about your prompt and not the model…
