Black Empress (Feather Ink, 黑帝羽墨) was the tyrannical immortal emperor of the Northern Realm of worlds. She achieved full dominance using ice-based cultivation powers, killing those that displeased or might potentially rival her. Appeared in Chinese manhua I Have Refined Qi For 3000 Years (My Three Thousand Years to the Sky, 炼气练了三千年) issue 248, 251-256, & 258.
