Version 4.0

This release is based on V3 with some additional models and loras merged into it to improve anatomy, muscle details and some background details.

Same settings as V3 apply for this model.

Version 3.0

This is a complete new merge from scratch and can produce a large variate of muscle sizes from "normal" up to gigantic hyper muscles. Breasts and Penises are also scaled in accordance to the muscle size.

It works with male and female characters alike.

The model works with a large variate of muscle related tags:
only muscular female / muscular male: produces "normal" looking muscle size.

When adding the following tags they can even bigger:

• big muscles

• hyper muscles

• tags like huge pectorals, thick arms, biceps or abs can also be added to get bigger muscles or increase their details

• and of course increasing the weight of individual tags gives you much bigger results

Version 2.0

This version is now based on my Hotaru Blend Illustrious model. It produces overall better results then V1.

Due to this change, there are now also new quality tags:

This niche model is is little experiment of mine. I merged a few of my Muscle style loras into this checkpoint. It is based on Animagine XL 4.0 Opt.

It creates nice looking muscular girls, but also boys.

I tried not to overdo it in regards of the muscle size it creates at default. If you want bigger muscles, add tags like "hyper muscles" to the prompt and increase their respective tag weights.

• CFG Scale: 4-7 (5 Recommended)

• Sampling Steps: 25-28

• Preferred Sampler: Euler Ancestral (Euler a) with SGM Uniform

• Highres.fix depending on use case

• VAE is included

Replace "muscular female" in the positive tags with "muscular male" if you want to create a male character.
