About this LoRA:
This LoRA was carefully trained for flexibility while focusing on capturing the iconic Milk Factory style.
A lot of work went into dataset preparation, including manual curation, cleaning, inpainting of censored areas, and careful selection of images to maintain quality and consistency. Captions were reviewed and refined to reinforce the mother + daughter concept without locking specific character identities. The goal was to balance strong concept learning with freedom, so you can change appearance, outfits, and details while still keeping the distinctive Milk Factory aesthetic.
Important Notes:
• This is a concept LoRA, not a character LoRA.
• It does not lock specific faces or identities.
• Always add clothing or state tags for better control (e.g. completely nude, swimsuit, maid outfit, teacher outfit).

How do you generate your videos? There are really good!

I generate the videos locally using WAN 2.2 (image-to-video). Most of the work goes into selecting strong starting images, refining the motion prompts, and carefully controlling consistency so the characters and details stay stable throughout the clip. I usually run multiple generations and pick the cleanest results.
