A way to achieve more muscular legs without bulking the rest of the character's anatomy.(was intended for female use, not sure how it works with men). Specifically designed to get the nice defined calf muscles that is very difficult to get using normal prompting.

If you just want muscles in the legs, you may need to add "abs, biceps" into the negative prompt, or whatever other muscles that seem to pop up.

V1 will give some decent results, but may not be as extreme as you would like.

Extreme Muscle version gives far better results, but the only caveat is that it needs to be kept under a strength of 1.0 or you will see some style bleed creep in and the eyes will distort a bit. 0.8 really does feel like the sweet spot for the extreme muscles version. If you don't want as huge of thighs, you can leave out the huge_thigh prompt, though it may lessen the result. works well enough under clothes, but fully bare legs are still gonna work the best.
