Outfit tags: "blue dress, short dress, pom pom drawstring, puffy short sleeves, striped sleeve cuffs, striped hood, white thighhighs" for little Hikari

Notes: Try denoise 0.7 for this one, Adetailer for face/hands is a must. Her teen outfit is bit inconsistent. Does not include her idol outfit(s). I'm 90% sure that her teen haircut is a folded ponytail and not a hair bun. I kind of hate using this many steps, but it kept getting small details wrong. Random stupid thing: I had to tag young Hikari's outfit as "blue dress" in order for Illustrious to learn it correctly, but you may have to use "blue hoodie" with some checkpoints in image gen to get it right. Illustrious is weird.
