Increase CFG to increase the strength of the effect. I used CFG 1.0 for all the samples.

Hey! could you please share your workflow? i can't get this working
I've uploaded a basic workflow, download the "Training Data" in the Files section.
Like I mentioned, it can fail on heavily styled photos, you can try increasing the LoRA strength, but YMMV.
I've bypassed the FluxKontextImageScale node, you can enable it back if your input image is in a ratio/resolution that the model does not like.

Hmm not sure, I'd try:
1. Updating comfy
2. Removing all custom nodes
i use nunchaku
The highlights and shadows still keep contrast too strong I think.
You can try increasing the lora weight, but the effectiveness ultimately depends on the input image.
Very nice, cures the black crush pretty much with the multistep/res_2m - beta57 combo I use.
