This lora's goal is to make the breasts of the 1girl you generate look and feel heavy.
It allows your gen to get rid of the "plastic boobs" feeling you can have when looking at well endowed generated women.
Weight 1 is fine, you can probably lower it to .7 or .8 to keep your model artstyle.
If you want to gen clothed girls (or futas, it's not me that's going to judge you on this one :p), and the lora insists on making your gen topless, try to not use the "breasts" token. for exemple, "long dress, sagging, large/huge/gigantic" in your prompt, but not "breasts".
Also, add ((leaning forward)) in your negative prompts if the gens insists on making your girls bend over.
