Seems to work alright with at least two characters, tested it with Patchouli and Koakuma. So ones Illust knows well will work for sure.
Would probably get better results with regional prompter, but works fine as is.
I do not see a reason why it wouldn't work with loras. Embedds are essentially just sets of prompts parsed into a single word. So shouldn't interfere with them.
