This is a Velvet Noir lora (formerly Cotton Noir). The tentacles can be a bit finnicky and to some extent the wings too, but they largely work okay.

Useful Info: Sometimes the collar also appears if unprompted so adding those tags to the negatives could be an idea if undesired. If you use the 'tentacles' tag it'll create a ton of tentacles usually, so it might be better to skip that one if doing the tentacle tail, as shown below. The 'velvnoir metalheart' tag should be tied to the metal heart dangling from her collar, so if you don't want the collar then move 'choker, black choker, velvnoir metalheart, frilly choker' to negatives.
