Since the LoRA was trained on comics with panels where characters were nude but the naughty parts were always covered, it does make women like Barbie dolls if you just use the nude tag, so be sure that you're adding triggers like nipples and such to those images. Though in my opinion and experience, it gives some nice results if you like implied nudity.
Strength might also need adjusted, so knock it down as needed.

Honestly, even without a LoRA teaching it otherwise, I've found Illustrious in general has a distinct habit of defaulting to hiding nipples in any way it can if its asked for an undressed woman and not specifically asked for the nipples: Hair defaults to covering them if it's long enough, and hands default to hand bra if not given anything else to do, and if all else fails it will skip them entirely.
For a bunch of them it wasn't hiding them like in the Stargirl examples. It was straight up Barbie doll-ing them.
I was right you CRUSHED this
