Update (7-22-25): Added a 217 MB version with an improved dataset. I'd recommend this one over the 435 and 55 MB versions. This will be the final revision.

Usage tip: if trying to make fully nude NSFW images (let's be real: most of you checking this out are probably going to do this anyway!), I recommend (fully nude, no clothing, topless, shirtless, no shoes, no headwear, no sunglasses, no sleeves, no socks:1.3) in your prompt.
