SHR Alice CORE is designed as an identity-layer LoRA rather than a strict recreation model.

It aims to guide the generation toward Alice’s atmosphere, facial impression, and presence while preserving the personality of the base checkpoint.

The model is intentionally tuned to remain flexible:

lower weights allow stronger checkpoint influence, while higher weights increase character consistency.

For best results, use simple prompts and let the checkpoint do the rendering.

The first two showcase images were made with really simple prompts, so they could be a nice starting point if you want to try it out. I usually reuse prompts from my older works and adjust them to match each LoRA better, but with this one, keeping things minimal actually seems to work really well. I think this LoRA turned out to be a pretty handy tool and a good base to build on for different kinds of creations.

An experimental LoRA for flat, low-volume short hair.

Just like the rest of the series, this one supports both futa and non-futa! Depending on the prompt, the size of what’s growing from the crotch might not always be consistent. Try specifying the size in your prompt if needed.

I’d be happy if this could be a short hair option beyond just the typical bob cut! 😊
