Thanks! At the end is more time about finding the assets and making that everything works together...it took some time. This workflow is a base of many things you can do. In short term, many things can be improved in animation with LCM and let's see with Stable Animation (still need to check it out)

I installed cubiq's ipadapter plus, your workflow still ask for IPAdapter. Could you tell us which one do you use?
i have the same problem , did you solved it ?
Look up comfyui IP adapter install on YT. Its a node that has to be installed manually.
